In this video, you will be knowing the basic introduction. In this video, we will introduce how to operate dual station electric heat press machine for T-shirt printing.

Finally, we arrive at the last step on how to make a heat transfer with this machine. I think most of people have already waited for this for a long time. So let's start. Before I make the heat transfer, I need to introduce to you for the pressure, because you know, I have already explained to all of you that the pressure of this machine is given by the electric motor inside the housing. So now we can adjust the pressure by the pressure knob like the classical model. We have to set the pressure here, right now the value of the pressure is 30, which means the pressure is large. 

Once the pressure of this machine is large, which means we can use this machine to transfer the thin products. The thin product means, wait a minute, like the garments. Because the sickness I think it will be maximum around one centimeters. If we want to transfer the thick products like the marble or notebook. For something else is thick, we have to lower the value of the pressure. I think it will be around 23 or 24, it is enough, but it depends on the thickness of the transfer products. Because you know, here is the printable thickness and the maximum I think it is four centimeters. So the maximum of the products you can put on the lower platen is four centimeter. So right now I will show you first, how to make a heat transfer with this machine by the t-shirt. First we need to insert the t-shirts here, and you know that we have three timers for this machine, so first what we need to do is preheating. Press the foot pedal to make the machine move to this place where we want it to be transferred. And than give a press, it will counting down, this is for preheating around 6s.

It will rise automatically but it will not move unless I give a press to the foot pedal. Please have a look, now it is much smooth than before. So we can put the design, what's this? It is a butterfly. Put the designs on here and don't forget to put the Teflon sheet also. It can protect the pattern like this. And than give a press to the foot pedal, and press it again to start the heat transfer. 

Just now we give the pattern, which is made of the offset paper. So it is only need 15 seconds and 150 Celsius to give a heat transfer to this. After the time is up, give a press to the food pedal again. 

let's check, we have the hot peel and the cold peel to the garments. But this is accessible for the hot Peel, so we can first to peel off the film. You can see here, all transferred. After this, we give a press again we called it reinforce. It will be also 6s, oh, sorry! It is 10s. After 10s,it will open automatically and the full three timers were finished. okay and we can continue to the next, remove the Teflon sheet and take it out. let's see, the t-shirt looks very nice,right? you can see the details, very good. So one t-shirt is made and this is for the video which we show you for the thin products. In the next chapter I will show you the heat transfer for the thick products！
